Spanning 2,207 sq ft with a 930 sq ft finished legal basement suite, the main floor and second floor include four bedrooms and three bathrooms with the basement suite adding another two bedrooms and two full baths, perfect for family, guests, or future rental income. We worked together with the homeowners to shape a space that aligns with their living style. The main floor showcases an open concept kitchen with seating at the island for entertaining, along with a living room featuring 15′ walls and a vaulted ceiling that provides an abundance of warm natural light. Every corner of this house was thoughtfully designed to blend comfort, function, and that timeless mountain charm. The homeowners can’t wait to make this special place their own.
