Stream-Flo

The light industrial building in Rickards Industrial Park features pile and grade beam foundations, a structural steel framework, and insulated precast concrete panels for the exterior. The completed project includes 16,800 sq/ft of warehouse space, 6,400 sq/ft of fully finished office space, and a mezzanine. Construction encompasses the building, all site services, paving, and landscaping.
