Built for the Fort McMurray Family Crisis Society (FMFCS), a non-profit organization for vulnerable woman and their families, Unity House project is a 24,250 sq/ft three storey wood framed building with concrete foundation. It includes residential accommodations for women plus support services. The residential is arranged in 45 units/bedrooms on the second and third floor. The ground floor includes office and common areas for residents, as well as a Child Development program space.
