8,230 sq/ft single storey office building, complete with finished basement. Constructed from a combination of heavy timber, steel, and wood studs, this Office Building brings to mind a mountain ski lodge with its vaulted entrance and large banks of windows. The Building serves as an anchor space for the clients Northern Alberta operations, providing much needed office space, and conference rooms for their local staff, while allowing for easy plant access next door.
