Casman provided Construction Management Services for a new pre-engineered building spanning over 16,000 sq/ft. Along with full construction services Casman provided pre-construction services that included securing the Consultant and Sub-consultants, preparation of Project budget, site survey, geotechnical investigation and communicating with all governing bodies (Airport, Building, Safety Codes Officers).
