Once complete, the McMurray Métis Cultural Centre will feature gathering spaces, a community wing providing multi-use spaces, a public wing centered on a museum / interpretive centre, and an office wing to house the leadership and affiliated organizations. The building takes the form of the infinity loop — the symbol of the Métis — and rises to the sky in emulation of the northern lights.
