Casman provided Construction Management Services for a new Tenant fit-out of a 4,300 sq/ft office space along with 1,900 sq/ft warehouse space. Project included construction of multiple hard wall offices, boardroom, reception area, storage area, fully functioning kitchen facilities and bathrooms. Casman coordinated with client and sub-contractors to ensure project schedule was met.
