This existing one storey building constructed in 1982 included converting 7 existing offices/ boardrooms into sleeping rooms. In addition, replacement of floor finishes, plumbing fixtures, painting, upgrading the HVAC System, modification of electrical and mechanical rooms in the new sleeping rooms.
