This expansion is providing 6,000 sq/ft on top of additional repair space, along with providing a full renovation of their existing 18,000 sq/ft facility. Experienced certified erectors performed the erection of this pre-engineered building designed to excel at energy efficiency, condensation control, and noise reduction. Due to Code requirements relating to Group F, Division 1 (high hazard) occupancies, the entire complex is required to not only be rated and sprinklered but also explosion proof, adding additional complexities to construction and design.
