Design-Build

Through a Design-Build Agreement, Casman provides and oversees, the resources to develop, design, and construct projects utilizing our leadership, innovation, and expertise. The designs that we produce utilize architectural and engineering professionals to meet our clients’ needs and expectations. Preliminary meetings with the client establish their facility’s current and future needs in space requirements, layout, and use, and through these meetings both project specifications and plans are developed.

As the Design-Builder, Casman is a singular point of contact for the Client, and responsibility to manage the consultants, trades, and suppliers falls solely with us. Casman offers a Design- Build arrangement in both its traditional form of a Fixed Price, and also an open book approach to meet the unique requirements of our clients. Casman has the experience to offer a Design-Build solution for your upcoming build, as our complete project portfolio includes a variety of buildings types and applications, including but not limited to, industrial warehouses, chemical storage facilities, aircraft hangars, and commercial office buildings.
