Two steel structure buildings, 40,000 sq/ft total. The buildings each consist of pile and grade beam foundations and steel structure with and insulated precast exterior. The final project comprised 16 individual tenant bays, complete with roughed-in electrical and mechanical components. Casman also completed all site services, paving and landscaping.
