This significant project, the Commercial Kitchen Renovation, involved the supply and installation of commercial kitchen equipment, upgrading the building’s power and water services, and constructing the space to accommodate the new kitchen. The building remained occupied during construction, necessitating effective phasing and communication with the client to ensure minimal disruption.
