RRC New Fitness Amenity

Casman collaborated closely with the Regional Recreation Corporation to convert a section of outdated second-floor office space into expanded fitness facilities at MacDonald Island Park. The project involved complete interior demolition of existing partition walls to create an open-concept layout. Casman then carried out a full interior build-out, which included the installation of new rubber flooring, a suspended T-bar ceiling, and a new glass-integrated partition wall. These upgrades significantly enhanced both the functionality and visual appeal of the space, aligning with the facility’s modern fitness offerings.
