Regatta Park

Regatta Park, developed by Casman Properties, is a three-acre ocean-side property in North Saanich, BC. This multi-phase condominium project is designed for easy, single-level, accessible living without compromise. Each four-story building includes eighteen units and a secure main-floor parkade. Casman collaborated with a biologist and Oceans and Fisheries to ensure the protection and remediation of the creek and riparian area that flows through the property and into the ocean.
