Casman delivered Construction Management Services for a 16,000 sq/ft pre-engineered building. In addition to completing construction services, Casman handled pre-construction tasks, which involved securing the Consultant and Sub-consultants, preparing the Project budget, conducting a site survey and geotechnical investigation, and coordinating with all governing authorities (Airport, Building, and Safety Codes Officers).
