Primaris White Box

Casman redeveloped approximately 10,000 square feet of space at Peter Pond Mall by consolidating four existing retail units into one large, unified space. The project scope included full interior demolition and reconfiguration, effectively redemising the area to accommodate a single retail occupant. A building extension was constructed to house a new loading dock, improving logistics and delivery access. The interior build-out also included three new washrooms, two of which were barrier-free and fully accessible.

In addition to the interior work, the project featured exterior upgrades, including new cladding and an expanded asphalt parking lot to support increased customer traffic.
