Casman delivered Construction Management Services for a new tenant fit-out of a 4,300 sq/ft office space alongside 1,900 sq/ft of warehouse space. The project included the construction of multiple hard-wall offices, a boardroom, a reception area, a storage area, fully equipped kitchen facilities, and bathrooms. Casman coordinated with the client and subcontractors to ensure the project schedule was adhered to.
