Hedco Business Park

Two steel structure buildings totalling 40,000 sq/ft. Each building features pile and grade beam foundations, a steel structure and an insulated precast exterior. The completed project includes 16 individual tenant bays, each outfitted with roughed-in electrical and mechanical components. Casman also managed all site services, paving, and landscaping, demonstrating our commitment to business park development in Alberta.
