Hawthorne Heights

Construction of two 4-storey apartment buildings and 20 townhouses, along with a typical building, on a 3.02-hectare greenfield site. This project encompasses the development of the entire site, including services, grading, parking lots, sidewalks, retaining walls, a playground package, and landscaping.
