Deco De Mode Day Spa selected the CAMEO building in Sidney as the site for its third location. This 2,000 SF facility features multiple treatment rooms, 14-foot high ceilings, and full-height windows that flood the space with natural light. Under a construction management agreement, Casman oversaw the project from design to construction, delivering a turn-key solution to the owner. Notable highlights include a luxurious pedicure area, designer lighting, dedicated office and staff areas, and an accessible design that ensures everyone can enjoy the spa. This project is a prime example of commercial renovation in Alberta, showcasing Casman’s commitment to quality and innovation in the spa industry.
