This three-storey commercial building in Okotoks’ Southbank Business District features a structural steel frame with steel stud partition construction. The exterior finishes include EIFS, complemented by aluminum curtain wall accents. Casman collaborated closely with the client and design consulting team from the initial planning phase through this exciting project’s detailed design and construction.
