Pre-Construction Services

Working closely with the Owners from the very initial stages, our services will accomplish a preliminary design and feasibility study. This will involve defining intended use, design and procurement options for the project, as well as defining any municipal requirements specific to the proposed project. In the end, Casman will determine the unique requirements of the project, which include budget constraints and schedule demand.
