Townhome projects fill a unique gap between the Single Family and Multiple Story apartment style Building construction. These give the opportunity for ground-oriented homes that individuals or families can access through a dedicated entry or garage with internal staircases, however the housing units are attached in rows of 3 or more, often referred to as “blocks”.
