Community Builders at heart, Casman has been fortunate to be a part of the framework for all of the communities in which we live and work. Our work spans four decades and across all types of Public facilities. These exciting and often complex construction projects are tendered, awarded, and administered by their respective Municipal, Provincial, and Federal organizations.

Education facilities such as schools, post-secondary institutions, and training centers are exciting projects that Casman brings our years of experience to. These projects require specifications to withstand the test of years of intense use, and are typically completed during finite breaks in semesters and school years. Casman works with multiple school boards, colleges, and education providers on new capital projects and renovations as they continually adapt to meet their student populations needs under strict budget and schedule constraints.

Municipal facilities and recreation complexes that Casman has completed over our lengthy tenure include but are not limited to; Fire Halls, Transit Facilities, Municipal Halls and Office Buildings, Indoor Sporting facilities, Outdoor Sporting Facilities, Parks and Trail Systems, Outdoor Stages, Public Washroom Facilities, Water Treatment and Storage Facilities, and Health Centre Facilities.
