Stream-Flo

Located in Rickards Industrial Park, this light industrial facility features a pile and grade beam foundation, structural steel framework, and insulated precast concrete exterior panels. The completed project encompasses 16,800 sq/ft of warehouse space and an additional 6,400 sq/ft of fully outfitted office space with a mezzanine level. The industrial facility construction BC project also included full site servicing, paving, and landscaping to create a functional and comprehensive industrial space.
