Regatta Park, developed by Casman Properties, spans three acres of oceanfront property in North Saanich, BC. This multi-phase condominium project is designed to offer convenient, single-level accessible living without compromises. Each four-story building features eighteen residential units and a secure parkade on the main floor. Casman collaborated with a biologist and Oceans and Fisheries to safeguard and restore the existing creek and riparian zone that traverses the property and flows into the ocean.
