Hedco Business Park

This business park development included two steel-structure buildings totalling 40,000 square feet. Each building was constructed with pile and grade beam foundations and insulated precast exteriors. The finished project offers 16 separate tenant bays, each outfitted with roughed-in electrical and mechanical systems. Casman also completed all site services, including paving and landscaping, to ensure a fully operational and ready-to-use space.
