Hawthorne Heights

This project involves the construction of two four-storey apartment buildings and twenty townhouses, accompanied by a shared ordinary building, all situated on a 3.02-hectare greenfield site. The development encompasses the entire area, including site services, grading, parking facilities, sidewalks, retaining walls, a playground package, and landscaping.
