This three-story commercial building in Okotoks’ Southbank Business District is constructed with structural steel and steel stud partitions. The exterior showcases EIFS finishes complemented by aluminum curtain wall accents. Casman collaborated closely with the client and the design consulting team throughout this exciting project’s initial planning, detailed design, and construction phases.
