The two-phased renovation of BC Housing’s Victoria Office encompassed the main and second floors, featuring the installation of partition walls, new flooring, and updated millwork throughout. Additionally, the front entry was reconfigured to enhance accessibility. This project was executed while the office remained occupied, so meticulous care was taken to ensure that the work was phased appropriately and that areas were clearly marked for the safety of the staff, all while enhancing the overall housing interior in BC.
