Safety Practices

All Casman Projects and or maintenance work have a strategy in place to identify and eliminate or minimize circumstance and practices, that may lead to loss of personnel, revenue, physical assets and equipment, or exposure to liability. At Casman we are proud of our employees and take great pride in our Safety Program.

Safety is the essential ingredient to planning and executing successful construction projects and safety is a condition of employment.

We have developed an atmosphere of mutual respect, interest, and cooperation within our organization and a feeling of not only being an employee of Casman Group of Companies but a feeling of ownership within the company.

It is the obligation of Casman Group of Companies to conform to all Federal and Provincial Regulations. Thus, the safety information in our H.S. & E manual does not take precedence over the Alberta OH&S Regulations. Employees should be familiar with the OH&S Act and Regulations that are particular to their work environment.

Casman Group of Companies management feels that all accidents and injuries can be prevented and that hazards can be controlled or eliminated by providing and maintaining a safe work environment for our people so that everyone goes home at the end of the day.
