Casman Construction specializes in cast in place concrete, general contracting, pre engineered buildings and facilities maintenance for the major industrial and commercial sites in North Eastern Alberta.

Cast in Place Concrete

Our specialty is industrial concrete. Our largest continuous pour to date is 1800 cubic metres, and our most challenging has been the Vacuum Tower foundation on the Suncor site which consisted of 16 - 4' diameter piles and supporting two ring beams... one at 25' and one at 50'. We have crews and supervision that are experienced with all the challenges of placing and curing concrete in Northern Alberta's harsh winter conditions.

We have completed many successful hard dollar and design build projects. Whether your need is a warehouse, equipment shop or an office building, we have experienced management and crews to complete the job.

Pre Engineered Buildings

Casman Construction Ltd., is a Robertson Buildings System dealer. We have installed buildings from 2400 square feet to over 20,000 square feet. Our pre engineered buildings offer advantages far beyond traditional construction. The cost savings begin on the drawing board and continue at the site for years to come. Casman and Robertson Buildings have proven to be aesthetically pleasing while providing superior function, efficiency and longevity.

Specialty Grouts

We have the specialized crews to meet all your grouting needs; we have recently completed a grouting job in which the grout had to be mixed on a cement truck and pumped into place. Casman Construction crews are experienced with cementitious and epoxy grouts.
